Jordyn Skinner
Executive Director
Jordan is a graduate of the University of South Alabama. Originally from Oxford, Alabama, she relocated to Mobile in 2017, where she has since built both her personal and professional roots.
In 2021, Jordyn began working in assisted living, gaining hands-on experience supporting individuals with dignity, empathy, and respect.
Outside of work, Jordyn enjoys spending time with her dog, George.
Tee Williams
Resident Services Director
Tee is originally from Malbis, Alabama where she attended Daphne High School. She has several years of experience as a Physical Therapy Technician, which provided her with a strong foundation in resident care and mobility support. Prior to her return as Resident Services Director, Tee previously served as the Assistant Director of Maintenance.
With a genuine passion for caring for residents and their families, Tee is dedicated to fostering inclusive supportive environments and enhancing the overall quality of life within the community. Tee is the youngest of five siblings and she enjoys fishing, watching the Alabama Crimson Tide, and spending time with her amazing grandchildren outside of work.
Gina White
Admissions Director
Gina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience to Seabrook. She also has over 15 years of experience in senior living–related marketing, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of both clinical care and community outreach. Gina feels truly blessed to work with residents each day and is committed to serving them with compassion and dedication.
Originally from Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, Gina and her husband, Tracy, have two children and four grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying different seafood and gelato, and spending time with her dog.
Ashley Harrison
Lead Nurse
Ashley began her career at Seabrook in August 2021 as a Med Cart Nurse and transitioned into her current role as Lead Nurse in February 2023. In August 2025, Ashley earned her Category II Assisted Living Administrator’s License, further strengthening her leadership and commitment to quality care.
Known for her reliability, compassion, and hands-on approach, Ashley plays a vital role in supporting residents, staff, and daily operations.
Ashley is passionate about her work and takes pride in providing a safe, supportive, and caring environment for every resident. Outside of work, she is married and the proud mother of two children.
